I really didnt feel like typing each user in by hand, so I came up with this vbscript to import it directly from AD, and thought I would be nice and share since i dont see anything like this on the site or others. This article proposes a workaround by using a Email Server Relay between AE and any other SMTP server. One major issue i ran into when trying to configure my server was importing my Active Directory users. Out of the box, this makes it impossible to configure AE to send emails to anything but basic SMTP servers ( no Gmail, etc.).
